HB Trenchless, LLC (HBT) was formed in Houston, TX in January 2019 by visionary Jon Harper (President and CEO) and brother Joe Harper (CFO). The formation of HBT was to compliment parent company Harper Brothers Construction LLC and control schedule and work execution on its large diameter waterline work with tunnel shaft and trenchless crossings across railroad, pipeline, city/county roadway, and highway infrastructure. HBT has emerged from this formation as a progressive, industry acknowledged leader in shaft construction and trenchless installation of water lines, sewer lines, storm drains, power conduits, and other utilities ranging in size from 12” to 144”. HB Trenchless, LLC is capable of providing subcontractor services as well as prime contracting services.
Since 2019, HBT has successfully completed over 23,000 linear feet of tunnel installation using pipe jack, microtunnel, rib and lagging, and tunnel liner plate methods. HBT has made a considerable investment in state-of-the-art equipment to meet the most challenging projects and now has one of the largest active fleets of tunnelling machines in the USA.
